Privacy Policy

This website, nairon.ae, presents OpenHour by Nairon AI. It is operated by Nairon AI, Inc. ("Nairon", "we", "us"), which is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers the personal data we handle when you visit the site, book a call with us or message us. If you have questions, email us at hello@naironai.com.

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").

What we collect

We collect only the data we need to answer you and run the site:

• Booking details. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, chosen time, and anything you add to the booking notes.
• Messages. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and what you write.
• Demo requests. The demo form's name, email and company go to Cal.com if you book a time, or to our email if you send the pre-filled message instead.
• Analytics data, only if you accept cookies. Pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage signals.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept measurement cookies. Until you choose "Accept", the site does not load Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel and sets no measurement cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram: which visits come from an ad, and whether a visitor clicks a booking or WhatsApp button or books a call. These tools set cookies in your browser (for example _ga, _fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from an ad).

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

How we use data

• To answer enquiries you send us and to prepare and hold the calls you book.
• To run, secure and improve this website.
• To measure visits and ads, only if you accepted cookies.

The legal bases are your consent (for measurement cookies) and the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement (for bookings and messages). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those above without telling you first.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run this website. Each processes personal data only to provide its service to us:

• Vercel: hosting and delivery of this website.
• Cal.com: scheduling and booking of calls.
• Google Analytics: website measurement, only after you accept cookies.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram): ad measurement through the Meta Pixel, only after you accept cookies.
• WhatsApp: messaging, if you choose to message us there.

These providers may process data under their own privacy terms. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.

Where data is processed

Our providers process data on servers outside the UAE. When personal data leaves the UAE, we rely on the transfer conditions the PDPL allows, including the safeguards in our providers' data processing terms.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Booking details and messages are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Information and access: know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and get a copy.
• Correction: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure: have your data deleted where we no longer need it.
• Restriction and objection: limit or stop certain processing, including for marketing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, through "Cookie settings" or by emailing us. This does not affect processing that happened before.

To use any of these rights, email hello@naironai.com. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us at hello@naironai.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
