1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Nairon AI, Inc. ("Nairon", "we", "us"), which operates this website and OpenHour by Nairon AI. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The website versus a paid service
This website is informational. It describes OpenHour and how to reach us. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract or a commitment to deliver any service.
A paid OpenHour service is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
3. Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape or harvest content at scale, or use the site in any way that could damage or disrupt it.
4. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and the "OpenHour" and "Nairon" names and marks, is owned by Nairon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Third-party services
This site links to services we do not control, such as Cal.com and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement. UAE PASS is a service of the UAE government and is named on this site only to describe how OpenHour works.
6. No warranties
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information on it is complete, current or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nairon and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this site.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data on this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which follows the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or this site will be subject to the courts of Dubai.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted.
